About Me

Hi, my name is Cesar Luis De Leon Pereira. I am an Electrical Engineer student at the City College of New York. I am currently in my second semester of my Freshman year in college. I was born right here in New York City to a Dominican dad and a Brazilian mom, however I had spent a majority of my childhood living in Brazil. My grandma used to say that I was a “true American” since I am naturalized in North, Central and South America. I have been living in Queens for the last 5 years, where I completed high school. I am the second oldest child amongst my three other siblings. Growing up in a large household basically made me an expert at annoying the crap out of people.

On top of all of that, I am also the world’s greatest saxophone player, and by greatest I mean that I somewhat paid attention in band class. These classes as well as the school concerts that we did was by far some of the greatest moments in school, and even though we played like crap, the experience was was guaranteed to be fun

This was the very last concert I ever did, and it is a fantastic memory that I still hold.

Speaking of music, here are some songs that I feel like best describe my taste:

I personally believe that there are only two types of people in this world: Those who like my music taste, and those who are wrong.

One of my favorite things to do without a doubt is getting to visit Brazil and the Dominican Republic. This is something that I do basically annually, as I just can’t seem to keep away from my friends and family there.
